Overview: Following an international pitch in which Keskese came out tops, MTN Benin requested we conduct the 8th edition of this annual event – the biggest event in Benin republic.
Implementation Tactic: Basically, we decided to take the event from a local to an international level by deploying state-of-the-art equipment along with top-level management strategy. Event ambiance was also tastefully done to depict its essence; Yellow and colorful. Traffic and security management was tactical, resulting to rave reviews from the client. Event held on 3 straight Sundays; August 16, 23 & 30. Artists who performed we brought in from France, Cameroun, Togo, Ivory Coast & Nigeria; such as Vano baby, Fanicko, Blaaz, Ricos Campus, Youssoupha, Sarkodie, Sagbohan, Almok, Davido, etc.
Achievement: Over the 3 days, a total of 550,000 people saw the events live – a feat unprecedented in the event’s 7-year history. Exhibition stands housing food, drinks, MTN products and services, fashion and accessories, etc all sold a combined estimate worth 10million CFA through the events.
