Communication by the  Merriam Webster dictionary is an art of using words, sounds, signs, or behaviours to express or exchange information or to express ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc., to someone or a group of people.
Communications in experiential marketing happens by creating engaging, interesting, exciting, interactive and memorable moments through events, product sampling, brand activation, road shows, campaigns etc., that can impact the way consumers perceive a brand and would also establish lasting connections between the consumers and the brand. Another benefit of experiential marketing communications is shared experiences. Consumers get to share their personal experiences about the brand via social media platforms and such communications passed through storytelling is highly desired by brands today.
